BROKER CONNECTION TRUST CENTER

Broker-Connected Automation, Permissioned by You

XeanVI does not custody your funds. Your broker account stays with your supported broker. You define the playbook, authorize permissions, test in paper mode, and monitor any broker-connected workflow from your dashboard.

No financial advice or guaranteed results

What XeanVI Can and Cannot Do

Capabilities depend on the broker connection and permissions you authorize. XeanVI operates as software within those boundaries.

What XeanVI can do when authorized

  • Read broker/account information required for supported workflows, depending on broker permissions.
  • Use configured playbook rules to evaluate whether a setup can move forward.
  • Calculate position size from user-defined risk settings.
  • Prepare supported order instructions and route them when conditions pass.
  • Record dashboard/audit visibility for workflow actions.

What XeanVI does not do

  • Does not custody your funds.
  • Does not withdraw or transfer your money.
  • Does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.
  • Does not guarantee fills, profits, or trading results.
  • Does not replace your responsibility for broker permissions, account settings, and trading decisions.

Connect in the right order: paper first, live later

A careful rollout improves control and review quality before any live capital is considered.

01

Build your playbook

Define setup criteria, risk limits, position sizing rules, stop logic, and trade-management preferences.

02

Test in paper mode

Use paper workflows to review scanning, validation, sizing, and routing behavior before live capital.

03

Authorize broker permissions

Review the broker’s permission screen before granting access. Only connect what you understand.

04

Monitor every workflow

Use dashboard visibility and audit logs to see what actions were triggered and why.

05

Consider live routing only when ready

Live routing uses real capital. Users remain responsible for all live trading decisions.

Trust Layers in the Broker-Connected Workflow

Permission Layer

Broker access is authorized by the user. XeanVI only operates within the permissions granted through the supported broker connection.

Playbook Layer

Automation is constrained by the rules you define: setup criteria, risk limits, position sizing preferences, stop logic, and trade-management settings.

Validation Layer

Scans, catalyst context, and AI-assisted validation can help determine whether a setup qualifies before routing is considered.

Routing Layer

When conditions pass, XeanVI can prepare and route supported order instructions through the connected broker.

Visibility Layer

Dashboard monitoring and audit logs help users review workflow activity and understand triggered actions.

Broker permissions matter. Review them before connecting.

Before authorizing a broker connection, review the permission screen shown by your broker. Permissions may allow XeanVI to access account information and submit order instructions according to settings you configure. XeanVI does not hold your funds, does not provide financial advice, and does not guarantee trading outcomes.

Broker Integration FAQ

Which broker connections does XeanVI support?
XeanVI is designed for supported broker API integrations. Available integrations and account-type requirements should be reviewed from the dashboard or broker connection flow.
Can XeanVI withdraw or transfer my funds?
No. XeanVI is designed for broker-connected workflow and order-routing functionality, not custody or money movement. Funds remain with your supported broker. Users should still review the exact permissions shown by their broker before authorizing access.
What permissions am I granting?
Permissions vary by broker and account type. A broker connection may allow XeanVI to read account/order information and submit order instructions according to configured settings. Users must review the broker authorization screen before connecting.
Can I test before live routing?
Yes. Paper testing is strongly recommended before live use. Paper mode lets you review scanning, validation, sizing, and routing behavior without live capital.
Will XeanVI automatically trade every scan?
No. A scan does not automatically mean an order will route. Routing depends on playbook rules, validation checks, risk settings, broker connection status, permissions, market conditions, and account configuration.
Can I revoke broker access?
Yes, where supported. Users should be able to disconnect or revoke supported API access through XeanVI settings and/or directly through the broker account controls.
Is XeanVI financial advice?
No. XeanVI provides software for rule-driven trading workflows. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, legal advice, tax advice, guaranteed fills, or guaranteed results. Trading involves risk, including possible loss of capital.
